From the wealth of Resident Evil materials, used for the Inserted Evil campaign, hosted on ARG websites & social media, 'Combining the Evil' by USS Command, focuses on these varied assets which provide information for Operation Raccoon City's narrative. The article will highlight how these non-canon sources may fit with events from the Raccoon City outbreak (as depicted in Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil Outbreak, Resident Evil Outbreak File 2), and enhance that narrative.



The 'Resident Evil Beta Build' site article is described by its author, BSAArklay, as a "passion project researching the wealth of known (and unknown!) deleted elements of the game, including beta scenarios, rare concept art. and files I have extracted from the Resident Evil 5 disc, containing un-seen textures, concepts, and dialogue! Much like the fans of Resident Evil '1.5' and '3.5' I felt like this scrapped '4.5' version warranted its own investigation into what could have been..."
